How do I apply a coupon code?

Your coupon code can be applied when you go to the checkout page.

My coupon code doesn't work?

If your coupon code doesn't work, please check the expiry date as the code may no longer be valid. If the code is valid and still isn't working, please contact a member of our customer services department on 9769465202 or you can email us on care@ralphpierre.com

When will I receive my order?

All Paid orders within 3-4 days and all unpaid orders within 5-8 days. 

What is the warranty period? 

Ralph Pierre watches comes with 1- year manufacturing warranty.

What if I received a damaged or different watch?

We make optimum efforts to ensure that all times delivered are of the best quality. However, if you receive a damaged or different item, please email us at care@ralphpierre.com and reviewing your concern would be our highest priority! You can return the item within 3 days from the date of purchase to get a brand new replacement.

Are all of your products in stock?

At Ralph Pierre, all watches shown as “in stock” on our site ARE in stock unless stated otherwise.

Can I exchange my watch for a different one?

Can I collect my item in person?

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation by Ralph Pierre -

  1. Though we always have inventory available for the products displayed on our website. However, at times order can be cancelled if receive heavy demands and hence fail to supply.
  2. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit or debit card account.

Cancellation by the User -

Once an order is placed, customer can cancel the order within 72 hours.

If the order is cancelled within 72 hours, the full amount will be refunded to the user's bank account within 30 working days.

In case the order is cancelled after 72 hours, Ralph Pierre will deduct the shipping charges and the balance amount will be returned back to the customer's account within 30 working days.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you have placed your order online you would have been directed to our 'Thank You' page which confirms your order has gone through our system. You will also be sent a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail as sometimes our emails may be picked up by your spam filter. You should also wait an hour as sometimes our emails take a bit of time to get through to you.

If you still haven’t received a confirmation email please contact our customer services department by email care@ralphpierre.com. We will be able to check that your order and payment have gone through successfully.

Can I amend my order?

If you would like to make any amendments to your order, such as changing the delivery address, please call our customer services department on 9769465202 as soon as possible.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer special promotional discounts at different times of the year. To make sure you don't miss out, you will need to sign up for our newsletter mailing list. You can sign up to our mailing list by entering your email address into the newsletter box in the footer of this page.
